The procurement is planned to be carried out as a reserved contract, with the aim of supporting work inclusion and social sustainability in accordance with the regulations ́ right to reserve contracts for entities that intend to integrate persons with reduced functional abilities or other groups with special challenges in working life. Description of the assignment The assignment is for the operation of a canteen in RfD ́s new operational building in Mjøndalen, with daily lunch offers. Tenderers shall plan and carry out the daily production and serving, including a varied food offer with both a hot dish and simpler alternatives. The delivery shall include an appropriate cash and payment system suitable for expected traffic, including an option for subscriptions/cutting cards in order to support good flow and reduce the queue. The canteen operation shall also see to basic needs connected to information to the users, such as allergen information and facilitation as needed for special costs. It is assumed that the canteen is planned to be closed in July as well as during the Easter and Christmas holidays. A reserved contract is the presumed operational model with the production manager and employees in adapted/work-inclusive schemes. As a part of the assignment there will be additional assignments connected to operation of the building, including inspections/cleaning of kitchenettes on the floors and delivery of meeting food/catering.
