Notification of choice of supplier will be sent electronically to the tenderers. A contract can at the earliest be signed after a waiting period of 10 days calculated from the day after the notification has been sent, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 25-1.
Any petition for a temporary injunction must be submitted to the district court within the expiry of the waiting period.
Appeals on the implementation of the competition can also be brought before the Appeals Board for Public Procurements (KOFA), cf. the Public Procurements Act § 12.
