Nord-Fron municipality shall establish a new fire station at Vinstra. The draft/concept basis and the room and function programme are in place, with guidelines for logistics (printing), clean/unclean zones, as well as site and outdoor conditions. The aim of the procurement is to engage a multi-disciplinary consultant group for detailed engineering design services and the preparation of a complete tender documentation (NS 3420) for the procurement of contractors. The assignment includes engineering design management, BIM coordination and necessary support disciplines.

The assignment will be carried out as consultancy assignments paid in accordance with NS 8402. Tenderers shall state hourly rates per discipline/role and apply these to the assignment ́s finances. The price form with the number of hours (management figures) that are only used for evaluation is attached. Invoices will be sent in accordance with approved timesheets per month. The consultant group shall deliver complete detailed engineering design services for the fire station, including multi-disciplinary coordination and the necessary authority treatment.
