Requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
Documentation requirement: Credit evaluation/rating, not older than six months, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating institution and in accordance with the current laws and regulations. The credit assessment shall contain an explanation of the evaluation. The contracting authority requires that the tenderer is in the upper part of the scale.

Documentation requirement: An overview of the most important goods deliveries or services that the tenderer has carried out in the last three years, together with information on the contract ́s value, date of delivery or execution and the name of the recipient.
