The framework agreement shall mainly be used for the operation and maintenance of the buildings. The contracting authority is not obliged to procure a specific amount of services and goods in the framework agreement period. A framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenders in the competition from qualified tenderers. Two year duration with an option for a further 1+1 year, maximum 4 years. The contract will apply from when the contract is signed.
