2026 - EEA - Framework agreement electrical services

Askøy kommune

Askøy municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement for the provision of electrical services for municipal buildings and residences in Askøy municipality, as well as municipal companies and municipal limited companies. The framework agreement shall mainly be used for the operation and maintenance of the buildings. The contracting authority is not obliged to procure a specific amount of services and goods in the framework agreement period. A framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tenders in the competition from qualified tenderers. Two year duration with an option for a further 1+1 year, maximum 4 years. The contract will apply from when the contract is signed.

Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

Askøy municipality administers approx. 155,000 m2 properties in total. The property mass consists of schools, nurseries, nursing homes, administration buildings, municipal residences and municipal engineering installations. The extent is based on the current buildings and it will vary with alterations in the buildings. The tenderer will be responsible for submitting and updating drawings. The tenderer shall carry out electrical works in existing buildings and residences. Procure and assemble the necessary scaffolding/lifts and other securing for the execution of the assignment, where this is a need and requirement. Scaffolding/lifts shall be certified. The service includes i.a.: Low voltage work group L, normal installation voltage band II (AC 50-1000V &DC 110-1500V) Low voltage work group SV, normal installations voltage band I (AC 0-50V & DC 0-110V) Automation competenceData network cabling including testing with LAN tests and certificates per network point, marking, as well as documentation on all points mounting Fibre cabling, termination and welding with an extension machine Delivery of fibre with termination and marking according to the contracting authority ́s specificationS Basic understanding of fire alarm installations and safe handling for work in or close to such systems. Drawings, connection forms and course drawings shall be updated with minor work. New drawing basis, link form and course table list are not exhaustive Memories of the last deadline for asking questions, stated separately.
