Most of the scope will be the first contract year. Ten emission vehicles are required for fulfilment of the contract. Further requirements or criteria for climate and environmental considerations are not assessed as appropriate as the service is otherwise equal with consultancy services. The exemption provision in the Regulations § 7-9 will be assessed as fulfilled.
