A site inspection will be held at Statsbygg's main office. Thursday 26 March 14:00 - 15:00 Meet at: Biskop Gunnerus gate 6, 0155 Oslo, 7th floor service square. A site inspection will be held for Statsbygg's Life Science Project. By Appointment Meet at: Gaustadallèen 30. Oslo. All those who wish to participate in the site inspections must register with via Mercell and notify them of which site inspections they wish to participate in. Registration from which tenderer, name and mobile number. Participation will be limited to one person from each tenderer. The registration deadline is Monday 23.03.2026, 13:00 Remember your credentials!

The assignment is for cleaning services at Statsbygg main office in Biskop Gunnerus gt 6, 5rd floor and 8th floor. There will be a need for security clearance for parts of Statsbygg main office, see point 2.7 below. The security clearance will normally take 6 to 9 months. Option: Daily cleaning of office premises at Gaustad, for the life science project The offices have two coffee machines that shall be maintained. Method cleaning Cleaning shall be based on modern cleaning. Dry methods shall be used that involve more machine use, microfibre and smaller chemicals.

The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised that the Directorate of Public Construction and Property will carry out a credit rating of the tenderer. Tenderers may, in addition, be asked to submit auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively state StartBANK ID.

Technical and professional qualifications Tenderers are required to have experience from relevant assignments. Statsbygg may contact the stated reference. An account of the number of employees in the company, including the number of executing cleaning workers. An account shall also be given of how much of the delivery the tenderer will procure to sub-suppliers.
