Tenderers shall be authorised by the system provider for the execution of the assignments under this agreement.
Documentation: An overview shall be given of the tenderer's workforce. The overview shall highlight personnel and competence related to the execution of this contract.

Requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient experience from assignments with a comparable value to this contract.
Comparative value means experience with service and maintenance of Autronica installations.
Documentation: Tenderers shall present a description of up to 3 reference assignments with a transferable value in the last 3 years, with information on, among other things:
• The assignment/contract name
• Description of the assignment/contract
• Type of building
• The assignment/contract value
• The start-up date and completion date.
It must be stated whether the works have been carried out by sub-suppliers or by the tenderer themselves. If the tenderer has not carried out the work themselves, the reference will not substantiate that the qualification requirement is fulfilled. Tenderers must, in such cases, present a commitment statement from a sub-supplier who has the relevant experience and reference projects from the sub-contractors that show that the requirement is fulfilled.
