Documentation requirement: The Directorate of Public Construction and Property will carry out a credit rating of tenderers. Tenderers shall have sufficient experience with the delivery of systems with a comparable value to this contract.
Documentation requirement: A description shall be submitted of up to 3 reference assignments with comparative value to this procurement. Reference assignments older than 3 years can be emphasised. The descriptions shall have a maximum of 2 A4 pages per reference assignment, and shall include information on, among other things:
- name of the contracting authority including the name and contact information of the gender neutral preferred.
- the objective of the assignment
- the assignment ́s value
- date of contract signing, duration of the assignment
- a description of the delivery (delivered products, systems and services)
- justified account of the reference ́s transferable value to this assignment.
The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the references.
