Tenderers shall have sufficient experience from assignments within
service and maintenance of ventilation installations.
Sufficient experience means that all of the following areas are covered:
- Service and maintenance of ventilation in buildings that are completely or partly in operation
- New installations and replacement work in buildings that are completely or partly in operation
- Installation/adjustment of ventilation installations.
- At least one assignment where the tenderer has had ventilation work on more than 3 buildings for the same customer or contracting authority.
Documentation requirement:
A description shall be provided of a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 reference assignments from the last 5 years, with information on:
• The name of the project/contract
• Description of the assignment
• Type of building
• The assignment ́s value
• Execution period
• The contracting authority and the name of a gender neutral preferred (the person in question can be contacted if needed).
It must be stated whether the works have been carried out by sub-suppliers or by the tenderer themselves. If the tenderer has not carried out the work themselves, the reference will not substantiate that the qualification requirement is fulfilled. Tenderers must, in such cases, present a commitment statement from a sub-supplier who has the relevant experience and reference projects from the sub-contractors that show that the requirement is fulfilled.
