The Directorate of Public Construction and Property will carry out a credit rating of tenderers as part of the qualification evaluation. In addition tenderers may be asked to submit one of the following: Auditor confirmed annual accounts for the last two financial years or valid StartBANK ID.

Technical and professional qualifications Tenderers shall have sufficient experience from assignments with comparative value. A description shall be submitted of up to three reference assignments carried out in the last three years. Each description shall be on a maximum of one A4 page and it shall contain the following information: • Principal • Brief description of the assignment/project • The assignment ́s contract value excluding VAT. • The property ́s size (e.g. area, number of units) • Date of execution Open tender contest Elements no. 2025/1338 Template Scissor No. 2016/13777 Revised date: 01.02.2023 11/17 The descriptions shall form the basis for assessing the assignment ́s relevance and transferable value.
