PURPOSE AND SCOPE
The aim of the framework agreement is to cover the Agency for Urban Environment ́s ongoing need for the hire of electric vehicles for passenger transport for service assignments.
Oslo kommune intends to have an emission free and dividing based vehicle park. Only electric vehicles will therefore be required.
The contracting authority draws attention to the estimated value NOK 200,000 excluding VAT. NOK 22,000,000 excluding VAT is based on the expected future need. The estimate is only a guideline and is without obligation for the Contracting Authority.
Installation of alcolock, as well as annual calibration of alco locks for service.
System for connecting toll passes with the correct hire conditions and vehicles.
Separate car sharing system.
Movable and/or fixed yellow warning lights assembled on the roof trailer.
Cleaning of vehicles during winter season.
Cleaning of vehicles during summer season.

The procurement concerns the hire of vehicles and shall be classified as a service procurement. The main CPV is therefore changed from 34110000 Passenger cars to a correct CPV for the service 60170000 Vehicle hire with drivers. The change only applies to classification of the procurement and does not result in any changes to the content of the tender documentation.

After a new review, it has been revealed that the previously stated main CPV 60170000 - "Hire of vehicles for passenger transport with drivers" - does not correctly classify the procurement. A new correction shall therefore be carried out so that the procurement is registered under the correct category. The main CPV has been amended from: 60170,000 - "Hire of vehicles for passenger transport with drivers" to NOK 60,000,000 - "Transport services (apart from waste transport)." The amendment only applies to the technical correction of the CPV classification in the notice. No changes are made to the content of the tender documentation.
