Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

The project comprises the development of a new courthouse solution in Stavanger on site in Lagårdsveien, 27, at 3,300 m2. The room programme is equivalent to an area of 5,000 m2 gross. The assignment includes, for both the architect and landscape architect, to assist the builder with the development of sketches and requirement specifications for a turnkey contract, with an option for follow-up in the construction period. The assignment also includes the role of responsible applicant in the preliminary project phase.
