As of December 2025, the operational agreement comprises 14 toilets and two summer open pissoars (see annex 1.1). The tenderer must take into account that the number can increase during the contract period, but also that it can be reduced. We anticipate that the likelihood is greater that the number will be increased than that it decreases. The 14 public toilets included in this agreement are distributed over large parts of the city and are of different models. Three Liberté toilets are located at Eidsvolls plass/Spikersuppa. This is an art installation where normal toiletry is included as a part of the work, whilst the actual art installations are administered by a third party. The Agency for Urban Environment has established toilets at the following places: Christian Klosters plass (Momek), Klosterenga (Danfo), Jordal (Raw Concrete), Vekta Nedre Foss (in existing buildings that were previously grain weight).
