Only for public building and construction works: During the reference period the tenderer has carried out the following work of the requested type. The contracting authority can require up to five years experience and allow experience from the previous five years to be taken into consideration.
Minimum qualification requirements
The company shall have good experience from previously executed assignments of an equivalent nature, scope and complexity.
Equivalent species means crematoriums or similar processing plants.
Furthermore, experience must be documented with handling listed buildings.
Documentation must also be given that the company has experience with concrete work beyond standard/regular concrete work. There can be concrete in a special form, a unique type of concrete (special prescription, special type of addition, a unique mixing technique etc.) or a special casting technique.
The reference projects must not be older than ten years.
