About the Assignment - the objective and scope of the procurement The contracting authority would like to enter into agreements for small printers with or without scanners and leasing of multi-function machines that can be adapted to changed needs over time. The contracting authority would like a sustainable service that reduces the impact on the environment where safety is prioritised. The contracting authority would like to make our services more efficient for printing, scanning and copying. The Contracting Authority needs cost efficient solutions and reduced administrative work. The requirement specification defines the following machines: Small printer - reception printerLiten writes with scanningLiten multifunction machineMedium multifunction machineStor multifunction machineStor multifunction machineIt is uncertain about the number and what types of printers will be procured during the agreement period. The contracting authority sees that the needs connected to the services for printing, copying and scanning have changed as the digitalisation of the work processes. The tenderer awarded the contract must not expect that the contracting authority will complete a full replacement of the existing machinery when the contract is signed. The replacement will be gradually in accordance with real needs and phasing out. The signed leasing contracts will expire in the contract period that is determined for each machine. The estimated value is NOK 17,000,000 excluding VAT over 4 years. The maximum value of this agreement is estimated to NOK 24,000,000 excluding VAT. The estimated amount during the agreement period (four years) is not binding for the Contracting Authority and it can adjust the number of units.
