Lindesnes municipality wishes to enter into framework agreements for snow clearing and gritting, as well as the setting of snow clearing sections. The relevant areas concerns the hire of machines with drivers and equipment for snow clearing or gritting, clearing roads and spaces that the contracting authority is responsible for. The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for winter maintenance of the 30 areas, as well as the setting of snow piles. The framework agreement will be valid from the 2025/2026 winter season and it will include the 2026/2027 winter season. The contracting authority has an option to extend for up to a further three seasons (1 + 1 + 1).

Documentation requirement:
List with an overview and description of the tenderer's most relevant assignments in the last six years.
The list/description shall as a minimum contain:
· Name of customer/recipient
· The scope of the assignment
· Description of the company's role
· The assignment ́s value
· Date of the delivery
· Brief description of the delivery
Use annex 5 for references. It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance of the assignment through the description.
