Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
Nordkapp municipality shall procure a comprehensive and future orientated platform for welfare technology for use in the health and welfare services. The procurement includes both technological systems, equipment and the accompanying services that shall contribute to increased security, better quality and more efficient use of resources for users, relatives and employees. The aim of the procurement is to allow more residents to stay at home longer, strengthen the users' mastery and independence, as well as relieve relatives and increase the efficiency of work processes in the service. The systems shall support the municipality ́s need for digitalisation, quality assurance and interaction across service areas.

The tenderer's Annual Financial Statements including notes with the Board's and auditor's reports from the approved Annual Financial Statements for the last three years (up until and including 2024). If the Annual Financial Statements for the last year are not finished before the tender deadline for this contest expires, the last year's preliminary annual accounts should also be attached. If there are reasons that cannot be enclosed with the provisional annual accounts, the tenderer shall document financially otherwise appropriate manner. The financial strength will be assessed in relation to turnover, operating degree, solidity and liquidity. The contracting authority will obtain revised annual accounts from the Brønnøysund Register Centre for Norwegian tenderers. The Norwegian tenderers shall therefore not deliver revised annual accounts.

Is the tenderer able to submit certificates issued by independent bodies as documentation that the tenderer fulfils the stated environmental management systems or standards? Description of requirements/documentation: Tenderers shall be third party environmentally certified, such as ISO 14001, Miljøfyrtårn (Eco-Lighthouse) or equivalent. Documentation of certification from a third party shall be enclosed with the tender. The main service provider shall be environmentally certified.

Tenderers can submit certificates issued by independent bodies as documentation that the tenderer fulfils the stated quality assurance standards. Description of requirements/documentation: Tenderers shall have a well-functioning quality assurance system for the delivery, based on ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent. The system shall be subject to regular audits. Documentation requirement: Valid certificate that shows that the tenderer fulfils the requirements in ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent certification based on European standard series that are certified by accredited bodies.
