The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of water and sewage materials with mini-competitions. The framework agreement shall cover the planned and non-planned need for pipes, pipe fittings and closely related materials. The contract is estimated to have a value of NOK 14 million excluding VAT. The framework agreement ́s absolute framework is therefore set at NOK 14 million excluding VAT. The contract shall include the delivery of water and sewage material from a wholesaler to the operation and maintenance of the outdoor water and sewage pipeline network and the delivery of HVAC materials for indoor use. The contract also applies for investment projects/water and sewage redevelopment projects. The contracting authority will enter into a contract with all tenderers who fulfil the qualification requirements. The contracting authority shall use mini-competitions for call-offs against this agreement. Call-offs through ordinary mini-competitions shall be mostly for orders. There are only exceptions that the contracting authority will hold mini-competitions with shorter response deadlines (rush assignments).
