Minimum qualification requirements
Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contractual obligations. Tenderers are required to be credit worthy. A tenderer can rely on the financial and economic strength of other companies to fulfil this qualification requirement. This applies regardless of the legal connection between the tenderer and the company/enterprises.
If a tenderer would like to rely on other companies' economic and financial solidity, documentation must be enclosed from both the tenderer and other companies. Furthermore, the obligation declaration included with the tender documentation must be completed and enclosed with the tender.
Tenderers shall, by documentation from a publicly certified credit rating institution approved by the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, document that the tenderer is "credit worthy without security". The contracting authority reserves the right to verify the documentation by carrying out a separate credit rating.
