The organisational and legal position of the tenderer. Requirement: Tenderers shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established. Documentation: Norwegian companies shall enclose a Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies shall enclose proof that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.

The tenderer's economic and financial capacity Requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Turnover, solidity, debt ratio and liquidity in particular will be assessed. Documented by: A credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. Tenderers shall submit a credit rating from a certified credit rating company. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain a credit assessment itself (the contracting authority uses Experian).

The tenderer ́s technical and professional qualifications. Requirement: The tenderer shall have good experience from comparable assignments. As a minimum the tenderer is required to have experience with the delivere of virtualization platforms. Documentation: Description of the tenderer's most important assignments with the most transferable value in the last five (5) years. The description must include a statement of the contracting authority, name of reference at the contracting authority with a statement of telephone number and email address, name of the assignment, the assignment ́s value/project cost/contract value of the tenderer and the relevance of the assignment as seen in connection with what is stated in this qualification requirement. The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the references in order to verify these.

The tenderer's quality management system/quality assurance system. Requirement: Tenderers shall have a good and well-functioning quality management system/quality assurance system that is relevant for the content of the contract. Documented by: Description of the tenderer's quality management system/quality assurance system. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent certification schemes, it will be sufficient to fulfil the requirement.

The tenderer's environmental management system. Requirement: Tenderers shall have a good and well-functioning environmental management system that is relevant for the content of the contract. Documented by: Description of the tenderer's environment policy and routines/system for following up environments. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 14001, Miljøfyrtårnet or equivalent certification schemes, this will be sufficient to fulfil the requirement.
