Trondheim municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for contracts in the project Veterinary Duty Services. This is clinical veterinary duty services for delivery to Trondheim municipality on behalf of the duty district Melhus and Skaun and the duty district Malvik and Trondheim. Furthermore, experience from equivalent work is required for the execution of veterinary duty services in accordance with the tender documentation. All communication and tender submission will take place via KGV. The Climate and Environment Unit is assisting questions and by using Mercell.

Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
An earmarked grant is granted over the National Budget, which ensures satisfactory access to get organised clinical veterinary duty outside ordinary working hours. New from 2026 is that the four municipalities have individually granted further financial resources. The veterinary duty is a necessary part of the stand-by against serious infectious animal diseases and it is important for maintaining good animal welfare. The municipality is responsible for organising clinical veterinary duty services. This grant covers two veterinary duty guards in the veterinary districts Melhus/Skaun and Trondheim/Malvik duty district throughout the year.

Only for services: In the reference period, the tenderer has carried out the following important goods deliveries of the requested type, or the following important services of the requested type. The contracting authority can require up to three years experience and allow experience from the previous three years to be taken into consideration. Minimum qualification requirements Demand: Tenderers shall have experience from assignments of a similar nature, size/scope and degree of difficulty. Documentation requirement: A description of the tenderer's most relevant contracts in the course of recent years. The description must include: The scope and nature of the assignment Times/periods Reference (name, telephone number and email address). It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description. The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the person in question.

The following education and professional qualifications are possessed by the tenderer and/or (depending on the requirements set in the notice or in the procurement documents) of the leading employees: Minimum qualification requirements Demand: Tenderers shall provide personnel with suitable competence and experience within relevant veterinary services. In order for competence/experience to be considered suitable, the personnel at our disposal must have formal competence and experience that is relevant for the assignment ́s complexity and size. Tenderers shall have experience from assignments of an equivalent nature, size/extent and degree of difficulty: Veterinary duty services or other types of duty schemes. Documentation requirement: Information on education and professional qualifications at the tenderer and the company's administrative management/for the persons responsible for providing the service. CVs for the offered key personnel in the organisation plan. The CV shall provide information on the experience, education, relevant reference assignments and the function the person has had in these assignments. Maximum 2 A4 pages per person.
