The procurement will be carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016 (LOA) and the Public Procurement Regulations (FOA) FOR 2016-08-12-974 parts I and part III. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the open tender contest procedure, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 13-1.The contracting authority will, as needed, use PPR § 23-5 (1) in writing to request tenderers submit, supplement, clarify or supplement the received information and documentation within a short additional deadline if the information or documentation seems to contain errors or uncertainties or if certain information or documents are missing. Emphasis is put on the fact that such submitting, supplementing, clarification or filling cannot lead to the offer being improved. Otherwise, the contracting authority encourages tenderers to read the competition documents carefully, including in the competition implementation tool (KGV), so that the need for sending/supplementing/clarification/filling is avoided or kept to a minimum.
