The municipal road network in Hábmera suohkan – Hamarøy municipality has, to a consistent degree, a need for significant upgrades. Gravel roads are often completely dilapidated after many years with only superficial maintenance. The municipality annually undertakes a prioritisation of which roads shall be upgraded and this year it has been decided that Kaldvågveien shall be given a new base and cover.

Hábmera suohkan – Hamarøy municipality requests tenders for the following execution: Delivery and laying of 20 cm supporting layer consisting of crushed rock/crushed stone 0-63 mm Delivery and laying of 10 cm top cover consisting of gravel 0-32 mm Replacement of sub-drains, including any shedding, Ø400 mm, Ø600 etc. Ø800 mm Trench work along and away from road scrap clearingMass replacement, delivery and laying of fibre cloth Requirements for matter, execution, compression and documentation in accordance with Vegnormal N200 Road Construction.Sub-drains are to be carried out with approved pipes for the specified load, foundationd on crushed stone. Refilling with telecommunication-free and used matter. The shedding will be clarified in each individual case. The contracting authority has a budget of NOK 200,000,000 excluding VAT. NOK 5,500,000 excluding VAT and the amount of execution must be regulated in accordance with this. The municipality notifies all cabin owners, permanent residents and other regular users of the road about the work, so that traffic is reduced to a minimum. Tenderers must, however, take the necessary accessibility into consideration. 15 minutes waiting time for road users must be expected. The total sum for the items in the price form and for calculation works will be evaluated in the tender competition.
