Beskrivelse av anskaffelsen:
Tysvær municipality (TK) hereby invites tenderers to a competition for a contract for school transport for pupils who have traffic hazardous roads to schools, starting in August 2025. Ordinary school transport is a county transport responsibility and is not included in this competition. The procurement consists of municipal school transport to the following schools in Tysvær municipality: Førre school, Frakkagjerd primary school, Frakkagjerd secondary school, Grinde school, Straumen school, Nedstrand primary and secondary school, Førland school and Tysværvåg primary and ungdomsskole.TK define different driving routes based on where we need individually adapted school transport. This will also increase the possibility of coordinating pupils and reducing costs. The route shall be understood as a stated stretch where specific pupils shall be transported in accordance with the school route. Route 1: Straumen school and Nedstrand primary and secondary school Route 2: Førre school, Frakkagjerd youth/primary school and Grinde school Route 3: Førland school and Tysværvåg school Number of pupils who need school transport can vary, this can change in the new school year but also adjusted within the same school year. There can be driving assignments during the school year which deviate from the set up routes. New assignments shall be priced with the same prerequisites as established routes. In case of illness/other absences, parents must contact the tenderer and register. Note: Absences notified before 16:00 the day before the agreed trip cannot be invoiced. The estimated value for this 4 year contract is NOK 7,000,000, the estimate is based on a history and knowledge of status, but can be changed if needed. Note: Only fill in the relevant tabs in the price form for this sub-contract. Award criteria sub-contract 1 - School transport dangerous school road: Price: 70%Environment: 30%Environment: Vehicles better (more environmentally friendly) than Euro class 6 will be given 10 points. The lot is for municipal passenger transport, hereof patient transport. There can be, for example: Patients who must be transported from municipal institutions to Helse Fonna el,Users who shall stay in respite care at Hamrane, Transport to day centres, Transport for measures in the regionAnnen transport can be both ad hoc and under the auspices of project resources and normal budget resources, earmarked for different transport needs for both elderly and youths. Avanti leisure club, as well as other municipal services can also have a need for transport of groups. If needed, transport must also be offered to persons with reduced functional abilities. There may also be a need for transport of equipment belonging to the user. The non-binding value estimate for this 4 year contract is NOK 2 million. The assignment only applies to swimming buses for all primary and secondary schools in Tysvær municipality - except Nedstrand primary and secondary school. Note: For the need for other bus assignments, the municipality will contact different suppliers assignments for assignments. See the price form. Students shall be driven from the schools for swimming at Tysværtunet and then returned to the schools. The non-binding value estimate for this 4 year contract is NOK 2.8 million.
