Minimum qualification requirements
The tenderer must have the financial capacity to carry out the delivery. Documentation: Documented credit worthy (Credit rating A or equivalent), from an officially certified credit rating company. Ratinga shall not be older than 3 months from the tender deadline, and etc. shall be based on the last known annual accounts. If the credit rating is not credit worthy, or the credit limit is below NOK 250,000, the credit rating must be supplemented with other documentation, t.d. binding on guarantees.

Tenderers shall have a satisfactory quality management system that is certified in accordance with ISO 9001, or have an equivalent extent, cf. NS-EN 9001, which is sufficient for the deliveries included in the contract. Documentation: Documentation of valid certification, ISO or equivalent. If the tenderer is not certified, it shall be documented that he has a satisfactory quality management system.

Minimum qualification requirements
Tenderers shall have a satisfied environmental management system that is certified in accordance with ISO 14001, Miljøfyrtårn [Eco-Lighthouse Programme], or equivalent, and which is tyre-like for the deliveries included in the contract. Tenderers, possibly with support from sub-supplier(s), shall have relevant experience and competence from equivalent assignments, as well as access to the fulfilled capacity to fulfil the contract. The references must include depiction of assignments, contracting authorities, value, date, name and contact data of a gender neutral preferred. Signed verification from any sub-supplier(s) for final treatment of the contract waste. These sub-suppliers shall also submit a ESPD form.
