Transport and spreading of sludge

Sandefjord kommune

Sandefjord municipality would like to enter into an agreement for the management of sludge from Sandefjord Sewage Treatment Facility (SRA). The municipality requests comprehensive tenders for loading sludge from silo at SRA, transporting to local stores in users within agriculture/green areas and subsequent spreading/laying out in the intended areas. The tenderer shall also be responsible for facilitating the local storage place before the delivery starts, maintenance of storage space while the delivery is in progress and clearing up the place after the delivery has ended. The contract will be valid for 5 years and the municipality can extend the contract for 1 year. The contract start is 1.1.2026.

Documentation: • Presentation of the company's Annual Financial Statements (last annual report to the Brønnøysund Register Centre, including the auditor's report). The contracting authority reserves the right to also request provisional figures after the last annual report, as well as annual accounts for the previous two years if it is assessed that there is a need for it. • Recently established companies must submit a recent financial printout signed by the auditor.

Tenderers can use the following tools, material and technical equipment to carry out the contract: Minimum qualification requirements Tenderers shall have sufficient implementation ability and capacity. Documentation that the set requirements are met: The following minimum requirements apply to crews and machines/equipment: 1) Crew: Minimum 5 years experience with the spreading and use of dispersion equipment. 2) Machines and equipment. There are the following for machines and equipment: A lorry with a hook box, wheeled excavator, tractor with spreading wagon. See the annex Requirement Specifications and the fan sheet "Krav" in Mercell for further information on the requirements for machines/equipment. Documentation that the requirements are fulfilled: A report is given of the manpower and the machines/equipment that the tenderer can use for fulfilment of the contract/assignment. Including: • Name of persons who shall carry out the assignment, including CVs showing the need for experience/competence. References for the persons who shall be used for the assignment must also be stated upon request. • Overview of machines/equipment that the tenderer will use for this assignment. If other tenderers ́ equipment/personnel will be used, a commitment statement must be enclosed stating that the tenderer can use personnel/equipment in the event of a contract. If the machines/equipment is ordered, documentation must be enclosed that confirms that the machine/equipment will be delivered to the tenderer by the start of the contract.
