Documentation requirement: Documentation that the tenderer is listed as certified in the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority ́s overview of certified staffing companies.
Documentation can be a print-out from the register for manpower companies or a copy of the notification to the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority, including documentation that the registration requirement is fulfilled. Such a printout shall also be delivered for any other manpower companies that are used as sub-suppliers and who contribute to fulfilling the contract.

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain the company's last Annual Financial Statements including notes, the Board's Annual Reports and Audit Reports, as well as new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures.

Documentation requirement: Short description of the most important deliveries in the last three years, including information on the name and gender neutral preferred of the contracting authority, the contract ́s value, date of delivery and number of delivery points, as well as a brief description of the assignment ́s content.
