The contracting authority intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with 2-3 tenderers, provided that a sufficient number of tenders are received that achieve a sufficiently high score at the tender evaluation. The framework agreements shall be valid for 2 years from January 2026 until and including December 2027. The contracting authority shall have the option to extend the framework agreement for up to a further 1+1 year. The framework agreement will cover temporary staff services in the construction, construction, cleaning and landscape disciplines, with an estimated scope of NOK 20,000-32,000 hours per annum.
