The assignment consists of a surface contract for Torggata from Hesselberggate in the north to
the roundabout south of Rådhusplassen in the south, Telemarksgata and Rådhusgata between Kongens
street and Torggata, Rådhusplassen and Brekketrappa. The work will be carried out in close interaction with
Skien municipality ́s own work team, which will excavate, water and sewage works and laying cables,
pipes and manholes.
