It is sufficient to fulfil the requirement that the tenderer has achieved the credit rating of "credit worthy" or equivalent.
DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT
A credit rating from a certified credit rating company based on the most recent accounting figures. The assessment must not be older than 3 months calculated from the tender date.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
The tenderer shall have good experience from similar deliveries.
'similar deliveries' means deliveries of similar articles used for sports/training.
In order to fulfil the requirement for "good experience", the reference assignments must, after an overall assessment of all given references, show that the tenderer has experience with similar deliveries.
DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT
Overview of the tenderer's three most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years. In order to ensure sufficient competition, documentation for deliveries that the tenderer has carried out more than three years ago can be considered. The qualification requirement shall be answered by filling in "Annex 5 - Qualification Requirement Reference Form".
The overview must include a statement of:
• Delivery date
• Recipient's name
• A short description of the product and its qualities, including:
o The type of product(s) that were delivered
o What use the items were intended for
o If the product has environmental labels/certifications and any names of these
o Whether pressure was delivered to order the products or not, possibly the type of pressure used.
o The number of products that were delivered in the contract
It is these elements that the contracting authority will emphasise in the overall assessment.
It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description. The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the tenderer's references.

If a tenderer uses sub-suppliers to fulfil this contract, the tenderer shall have a system for traceability, which at all times gives the tenderer an overview of which sub-suppliers participate in the production and the countries in which they are located.
DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT
As provisional documentation that the tenderer has a system for traceability of sub-suppliers who participate in the production, the tenderer shall fill in a supply chain chart in "Annex 3B - Qualification Requirement Ethical Trade".
If this is different for different products, several such sub-supplier maps shall be drawn up.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Requirement of the tenderer ́s quality assurance system:
1) Tenderers shall have established, implemented and maintained a quality management system (QMS) that fulfils the requirements of ISO9001:2015 or equivalent.
2) The scope of the tenderer ́s QMS shall cover the products and services requested in this procurement (Ref. ISO9001:2015 Determination of the extent of the quality management system).
DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT
1) Tenderers shall enclose a copy of a ISO9001:2015 certificate issued by an accredited third party certification body, of a scope that is relevant for the products requested in this procurement.
If the Tenderer does not have a ISO9001:2015 third-party certification, the Tenderer shall attach a matching matrix showing relationships between ISO9001:2015 and the Tenderer's QMS. The conformity matrix shall provide references to QMS documented information (e.g. process descriptions and/or procedures).
2) Tenderers shall enclose documented information describing the extent of the tenderer ́s QMS. For tenderers with ISO9001:2015 certificate issued by an accredited third-party certification body, the tenderer can refer to the extent of the attached certificate, provided that it covers the products and services requested in this procurement.
Tenderers who do not have a ISO9001:2015 certificate or a ISO9001:2015 certificate with no relevant scope, must present documented information describing the extent of the tenderer's QMS at the time of tender.

Tenderers shall have a documented and valid environmental management system with routines and structure that shows how the tenderer safeguards relevant environmental considerations connected to the services that are provided. The system must be connected to executive unit(s), and shall as a minimum contain:
1) an environmental policy
2) Overview of the most significant environmental impacts (environmental aspects) from the company.
3) proof that the company sets environmental requirements for sub-suppliers
4) Description of the organisation and division of responsibility for the environmental work.
5) Description of the company's stand-by for handling stand-by situations at risk for unfavourable environmental impacts.
6) Description of the resources necessary to establish, implement, maintain and continually improve the management system for the environment.
DOCUMENTATION REQUIREMENT
A description of the environmental management measures that are implemented in the company, which show that the system includes the mentioned points.
If the tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 14001, Miljøfyrtårn, EMAS or equivalent standards, it is sufficient to present a copy of a valid certificate.
