Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

Sørlandet Hospital, Kristiansand shall replace its existing SPECT/CT. There is currently a broad spectrum of examinations with Tc-99m based scintigraphic examinations within cardiology, internal medicine, neurology, paediatrics, endocrineology, rheumatology, oncology, orthopaedics, examinations for surgery and in addition to I-123 based examinations such as DaTSCAN and MIBG. The system must therefore be delivered with a flat area collector set optimised for Tc-99m and I-123 and a pinhole collector. The Gamma camera must be able to be used on patients lying on examination tables, as well as in beds, sitting and standing patients. The camera must be able to carry out nuclear medical examinations of adults and children; static, dynamic, full-body pictures and SPECT/CT. The apparatus must also be able to carry out diagnostic CT examinations of good quality, as the system shall be able to be used as a back up system for the radiological department. The evaluation will emphasise how the system handles the execution of skeletoncintigraphy SPECT/CT, both in regard to user friendliness, ergonomics and work flow, as well as picture quality. It is therefore important that any reference visits are made so that this is demonstrated. The company has currently established Xeleris 4.0 workstation system for post-processing images, as well as a server-based system from Siemens Syngo Via and GE AW-server. The offered system must include server based post-processing tool/software for skeletoncintgraphy (full-body planar, spot and merged SPEC/CT), amyloidscintigraphy, myocardperfusion spect/CT, dynamic diureserenography, DMSA kidneycintigraphy, DaTSCAN SPECT, ventricle emptying cintigraphy with activity curve, brain PET/CT and oncological full-body PET/CT. Licences must be included for a minimum of 5 simultaneous users. In addition to the main product, an option is wanted for three SPEC/CT machines for the hospitals in Helse Sør-Øst.In addition an option is wanted for the following: Service courses on offered equipment.physicist courses on the offered equipment Service agreement on all offered equipment after the guarantee period has ended. Extension of the guarantee period from 12 to 24 months. Bayer Medrad Centargo contrast injector Disassembly and repurchase of existing equipment. Camera monitoring of patients in the examination room. System for playing audio and pictures for patient entertainment. See the Requirement Specifications and the Price Form for further details.
