The contracting authority intends to enter into an agreement for the provision of specialized service tasks related to the establishment, operation, repair, maintenance, and optimization of shared waste management solutions. This includes bottom-emptied containers (both above and below ground), as well as mobile and stationary vacuum waste systems. In addition, there is from time to time a need for repair and maintenance of the contracting authority’s recycling stations in the municipalities of Tromsø and Karlsøy. Repairs and reconstruction of, for example, mailbox stands and fences damaged by the contracting authority’s waste collection vehicles may also be required. The services shall be carried out in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and the contracting authority’s requirements.
