Ringsaker municipality, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, needs to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for the delivery of seasonal plants and flowers for the municipality ́s outside areas. The framework agreement mainly includes summer flowers and some defined plants for spring and autumn for the municipality ́s outside areas. The contract also includes the development of installations, e.g. flower balls, and the tenderer must have a suitable production premise for this. The main assortment is in Annex 1 Price Form. The main order will be made during October each year with delivery the following year. The different delivery times are described in more detail in the procurement documents. The contract will be valid for two years with a unilateral option for the Contracting Authority to extend the contract for one and one year at a time. The contract can have a total duration of four years, if both of the options are taken up.
