The contracting authority would like facilities that are beautiful, durable and accessible and that can position Trondheim further as an attractive year-round swimming pool. The establishment of a sauna and swimming pool shall contribute to the public character of the sea front and be inviting so that several discover the sea front ́s experience qualities. The establishment of a sauna and swimming pool is an application obliged measure in accordance with the Planning and Building Act. The chosen tenderer is responsible for obtaining the necessary permits.
