The assignment includes periodic and extra emptying of private sewage installations for residences, holiday homes and commercial buildings in Ringebu, Nord-Fron and Sør-Fron municipalities. The service involves emptying and transporting sludge from interceptors for sludge, blocked tanks and mini-treatment facilities to a certified treatment facility, as well as dewatering sludge with return of emergency water where relevant and in accordance with the current routines. Sludge shall be delivered to municipal treatment facilities with accompanying documentation and reporting. Electronic systems shall be used for planning, registering and reporting emptying and deviations, and subscribers shall be notified before emptying a receipt after work has been carried out.
