Ringebu kommune

Ringebu, Sør-Fron and Nord-Fron municipalities intend to enter into an operational agreement for emptying sewage sludge. The aim of the procurement is to ensure a professional, efficient and environmentally friendly emptying and transport of sewage sludge from private sewage installations in Ringebu, Sør-Fron and Nord-Fron municipalities. The service shall contribute to fulfil the municipalities ́ cleaning requirements for sensitive areas, as well as ensure that emptying occurs in accordance with the current agreements, regulations and predetermined emptying plans. The assignment shall be carried out with a focus on quality, environment and HSE and the tenderer shall contribute to continual improvement and experience transfer between the municipalities. Tenderers shall use their expertise and competence to contribute to fulfilling the aim of the contract.

Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

The assignment includes periodic and extra emptying of private sewage installations for residences, holiday homes and commercial buildings in Ringebu, Nord-Fron and Sør-Fron municipalities. The service involves emptying and transporting sludge from interceptors for sludge, blocked tanks and mini-treatment facilities to a certified treatment facility, as well as dewatering sludge with return of emergency water where relevant and in accordance with the current routines. Sludge shall be delivered to municipal treatment facilities with accompanying documentation and reporting. Electronic systems shall be used for planning, registering and reporting emptying and deviations, and subscribers shall be notified before emptying a receipt after work has been carried out. Documented by an expanded report from Bisnode http://www.soliditet.no/. The report must be dated after the publication date for the competition. If this is not enclosed, Abakus will obtain an expanded report from Bisnode free of cost for the tenderer. The information in the report will form the basis for an assessment of the tenderer's economic and financial situation. Information given on the tender date will be used as a basis.
