Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contractual obligations. It is a requirement that 1.Tenderers have positive equity. 2. Credit rating: That the company is credit worthy. Documentation requirement: The Contracting Authority will evaluate the Tenderer's fulfilment of the qualification requirements in the following way: Latest submitted Annual Financial Statements with notes including auditor's statement and credit check from known market actors (recent than 6 months). If a tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the documentation required by the Contracting Authority, the Tenderer can prove its economic and financial capacity by any other document, including, for example, by a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee, etc. The documentation can be uploaded when the tender is submitted.

Qualification Requirements Tenderers shall have sufficient ability and capacity to be able to fulfil the contractual obligations. Tenderers shall have experience with relevant deliveries in similar contracts. Documentation requirement: The Contracting Authority will assess the Tenderer's experience with delivery of the performance the competition comprises: Completed Annex - Reply Form experience showing the deliveries of goods that the Tenderer has carried out in the last three years, together with information on the contract value, date of delivery or execution, and the name of a public or private recipient.
