The Contracting Authority will evaluate the Tenderer's fulfilment of the qualification requirements in the following way:
Latest submitted Annual Financial Statements with notes including auditor's statement and credit check from known market actors (recent than 6 months).
If a tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the documentation required by the Contracting Authority, the Tenderer can prove its economic and financial capacity by any other document, including, for example, by a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee, etc. The documentation can be uploaded when the tender is submitted.
