Kort beskrivelse

The competition is for the delivery of a turnkey contract with interaction for the renovation of Nesoddtangen primary school and the community centre, expansion of the school with a new building and a new multi-purpose hall. The assignment also includes the demolition of the existing gym building and development of outside areas. The project shall be carried out with the school in operation at the school and a secure school road throughout the entire construction period.

The procurement shall cover the contracting authority ́s need for a turnkey contractor, with his contractual partners for engineering design, renovation/construction and trial operation of the primary school.

Subject to political approval, re-regulation, economic coverage and other factual reasons, Nesodden municipality intends to enter into a partnering contract with the winner of the competition.

The procurement ́s value (contract cost) is estimated to be NOK 250,000,000 excluding VAT. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. It is up to the parties to plan and carry out the project so that the cost frame is not exceeded.

Certificates for tax and VAT.: Tenderers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order (ESPD: Part II A.e).

Documentation requirement:
A certificate showing paid VAT, taxes and social security contributions is required. Certificate issued by the competent authority in the member country, confirming that the tenderer has fulfilled his VAT, tax and social security obligations in the country where the tenderer/contractor belongs (Norwegian tax and VAT certificate is common and can be ordered from altinn.no, RF-1507, previous RF-1244) in accordance with the legal provisions in the country. The certificate must not be more than six months old.

According to the regulations §17-1(4), the Contracting Authority does not have the opportunity to request the certificate if it has already been received. If you have submitted a tax certificate to the contracting authority and it is still valid at the time of the tender submission for this competition, you will not be required to present a certificate at this time. If so, state when you have previously submitted the certificate and to whom. You can, however, enclose the certificate voluntarily if you want.

Requirements connected to the tenderer ́s technical/professional qualifications.: Tenderers shall have competence and experience from assignments of a similar nature (collaboration projects), complexity, degree of difficulty and scope (ESPD: Part IV B.58-4)., i.e.
• Partnering contract/partnering
• Engineering design services for and construction of a school building or equivalent/other buildings that are relevant for this assignment.
Minimum 3 projects must have been minimum 100 mill.kr

Documentation requirement:
An overview of the most important relevant projects carried out in the last 5 years. Detailed description of 3 projects, in which the following shall be provided:
• The project name
• The contractor ́s role and assignments in the project.
• Description of the type of construction project
• Contract form (e.g. interaction)
• The contract ́s size
• The project ́s size in gross area and cost.
• Date and place of execution.
• Whether the work was carried out in accordance with the agreed time.
• Whether the work was carried out in accordance with the agreed price.
• Name of the contracting authority.
The reference person shall be given for the projects with contact information, and Nesodden municipality has the authority to contact the person in question.

Each reference project shall be for up to 1 A4 page with Calibri 11. The list of completed projects in the last five years shall be delivered on 1 A-4 page. Further information will not be considered.
