Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

The contracting authority shall procure a turnkey contract for the alteration of Borre nursing home in accordance with NS 8407 contract. A feasibility study and a preliminary project have been carried out. A draft has been drafted for a solution. The alterations shall take care of all requirements in the competition documents and ensure good and functional premises. The reconstruction shall be complete and it shall include all the necessary fixed details to use the building, including the necessary external alterations on the site. The builder Horten municipality would like a good environmental profile of the project. A high re-use/reuse of the existing buildings, building components and external systems shall therefore be used, as long as the project ́s other requirements are safeguarded. Emphasis is put on the fact that the drawings are preliminary works and ideas. It is possible and would like tenderers to propose other systems to achieve the targets than that described. The work is framework session and we shall aim to adapt the final solution to the drawing, so that there is no need to send a completely new framework application. Approval from the housing bank will form the basis for the design of sheltered accommodation flats and must be safeguarded throughout the entire construction period. The architects will not be transported to the contract, it is up to the chosen contractor to use his own architect/architect connection or continue.

The contracting authority can require up to five years experience and allow experience from the previous five years to be taken into consideration. Minimum qualification requirements Requirement: Experience from previous deliveries. Tenderers shall have relevant experience from turnkey contracts. Tenderers shall have completed and describe at least 3 construction projects in the last 7 years with a value over NOK 120 million. Completion means that the builder must have taken over the building. Documentation: Tenderers shall enclose a list of the most important relevant deliveries. There are no specific building types requirements.
