The framework agreement is for estate agent services for assistance with the sale of municipal residences in the open market or direct sales to tenants. There can also be other brokerage assignments. The majority of the properties are individual parts, owner sections and detached houses/small houses, but it is a prerequisite that the contract can also be used for other minor property objects as needed. The services shall always be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Estate Agency Act and the accompanying legislation.

It shall be a system that ensures and improves the quality of the tenderer ́s organisation and in service deliveries. The system shall include all the necessary procedures and processes necessary to achieve the planned quality. Documentation requirement: Certificates issued by independent bodies as documentation that the tenderer fulfils the stated quality assurance standards (for example ISO 9001), and the date of the last revision of the quality assurance system, or an account of the tenderer's quality assurance system, including table of contents and the date of the last revision.
