The framework agreement will be announced for 5 years due to a need for security clearance and an expected long initial clearance period at the National Security Authority for employees and companies that are not security cleared. The users of the agreement need security and stability in a rational contract and it involves security cleared personnel who can carry out the work in a real four year period. The choice of duration is pursuant in the Public Procurement Regulations § 26-1 (4).
