The Public Procurement Regulations §25-2 (1) the Contracting Authority can enter into a contract after a waiting period has expired at the earliest, that has been determined by the Contracting Authority. The waiting period shall be at least 10 days calculated from the day after the notification on the chosen tenderer has been sent. If the contracting authority has made an exception from the requirement for using electronic communication, the waiting period shall be at least 15 days.
