The objective of the procurement is to obtain knowledge of how different private and public sixth form colleges affect quality, character inflation and segregation in the education system. The procurement also includes an option for an equivalent R&D project for the primary and secondary schools.
The final delivery deadline for the contract is 15.12.2026 (possible option shall be delivered 15.12.2027).
The value of the procurement is up to NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT, with no option, and up to NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT, with an option.
The contracting authority would like to enter into an option. The aim of the option is to carry out an equivalent analysis for private and public primary and secondary schools, if the report from the main assignment suggests that an analysis for the primary and secondary schools could be useful. The estimated value of the option is up to NOK 2,000,000. The contracting authority will decide whether the option shall be taken up within two weeks of receiving the draft to the final report for the main assignment. The final report from any option shall be submitted by 15.12.2027.
