The contracting authority will depend on the location for changing tyres in an appropriate driving distance as regards daily operation and efficient logistics of our vehicles. Tenderers shall have a minimum of 1 (one) operated tyre hotel within a maximum of 15 km from Heggstadmoen 53, 7080 Heimdal. Replacement of tyres on site machines occurs very rarely, but can occur during the contract period. In such cases the tenderer must come to the contracting authority ́s location for execution. The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years, with a unilateral option for the contracting authority to extend the framework agreement for 1+1 year. The procurement will be carried out in accordance with urgent circumstances, see the tender documentation point 1.5.
