Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

The objective of the procurement is to establish a contract to cover the need for equipment for a canteen, representative restaurant (VIP) and kitchenette for the New Government Block. The contract is for construction stage 1 which includes renovation of the tower block (H-block), as well as the construction of A-block and D-block. Construction phase 1 is planned to be completed 31.12.2025. The contract also includes an option for construction phase 2 and later construction phases. The options include the same services with the same terms as construction phase 1. Construction phase 2 has been approved and resources have been granted for the execution. The total project for all construction stages is estimated to be completed in 2032. The agreement shall cover the employees ́needs for equipment for serving and consuming food and drink in the different buildings, as well as assist in ensuring and maintaining good quality and a general, aesthetic and functional system. The Norwegian Government Security and Service Organisation (DSS) shall be able to place orders on this contract on the same terms as Statsbygg, see the Special Contract Terms - Cutlery, Service and Serving Equipment for the new government quarter point 2.
