Tenderers shall have very good financial ability and security to be able to fulfil the contract obligations. The company ́s accounts with the auditor ́s report for the last two available fiscal years shall be enclosed. Particular attention is drawn to the fact that if the tender is subject to participation from several independent legal subjects, all legal subjects must submit accounts. For companies that are recently established, the tenderer must provide an account of the financial situation confirmed by the tenderer's auditor. The account must be sufficient for a proper assessment of the company's financial ability to carry out the assignment.

Description of up to 3 of the tenderer's most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of the assignment ́s value, date and contracting authority (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document their experience by referring to competence of the personnel he has at his disposal and can use this assignment, even if the experience has been worked up while the personnel have served another service provider.
