Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

BUF Lierfoss is located in Aurskog-Høland municipality in Akershus County. The buildings at the current child welfare institution in Liavegen in Lierfoss shall be demolished and new, larger, more suitable buildings will be constructed. The institution shall be expanded to 11 permanent resident places divided in 3 departments in their own building, with flexibility to accommodate several youths in some periods, as well as an administration building. The project involves the demolition of the existing building on the site, ground works, detailed engineering design services, the construction of outdoor installations including the Water and Sewage and a new building at BUF Lierfoss, altogether approx. 2,710 m² gross, distributed over four buildings. The assignment shall be carried out as time has elapsed. A high degree of presence and short response time are expected during the construction period. Presence and strain must also be expected throughout the trial operation period. BHO and KU shall be able to have physical presence at the construction site in periods when physical work is being carried out at the construction site, from 50-80%. The Builder's representative and ku shall be two different persons.
