Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

The project includes internal alterations to the building ́s first, second and parts of the second floor at the request of the user, as well as comprehensive maintenance of the building in general due to, among other things, outdated technical installations, general wear and tear and increased safety requirements. The affected building has four floors + loft and work will be expected in all floors and on all facades in connection with replacing windows and screening measures. A site inspection will be held for all tenderers 02 December 2025 at 12:00, Town Hall Wing 1, Kirkenes Police House.
