Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

The Ministry of Education and Research has given Statsbygg the task of realising a new building for the Grieg Academy at Møllendal in Bergen, so that it can be co-housed with the rest of the Faculty of Art, Music and Design (KMD). The project will be carried out based on a preliminary project that has undergone external quality assurance. The new building is approx. 1,0201 m2 and net functional area is 5,385 m2. The Directorate of Public Construction and Property needs a main building representative (BHO) and SHA coordinator for the execution phase (KU). BHO/KU shall i.a. carry out the work assignments/processes arising from the attached performance description for the builder ombudsman (YT-BHO). There shall be a person who carries out the assignment. The main building representative will be part of a project team with, among other things, the professional resource BITB responsible/TBHO, other professional resources in Statsbygg and project manager (PL). A competition has been held for a turnkey contract with a solution proposal, and an agreement has been signed with Veidekke AS.
