Requirements regarding the tenderer's economic and financial capacity.: Requirement: The tenderer shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract.
The tenderer is required, as a minimum, to be Credit Worthy B in accordance with Dun & Bradstreet, or have the financial capacity to fulfil the contract based on the Contracting Authority's discretion in accordance with
to the attached documentation from the tenderer.
Newly established companies: Newly established companies must have the economic capacity to execute the Agreement.
If several tenderers submit a tender together, sub-suppliers must also submit accounts.
If a tenderer, due to valid reasons, cannot submit the documentation requested by the Contracting Authority, he can prove his economic and financial position with another document accepted by the Contracting Authority.
Documentation requirement: Documentation requirement: The contracting authority will carry out an assessment of the tenderer ́s finances through the company and the accounting information system Dun &bradstreet.
The contracting authority will not accept credit ratings from other company and accounting information systems than Dun & Bradstreet due to equal treatment of tenderers.
The tenderer is aware that the Contracting Authority is making an assessment of finances with figures obtained from Dun & Bradstreet.
Documentation requirement: Documentation requirement: Newly established companies that have not built up a basis for credit rating must enclose a declaration from a bank or similar financing institution regarding the company's financial and economic position. This also applies to foreign tenderers.
Any annexes about the Supplier will give a different picture of the financial situation than what the Værnesregionen Innkjøp retrieves from Dun &Bradstreet can be included here.

Norwegian companies: Access e Proof or enclose an updated company registration certificate.
Foreign companies: Foreign tenderers must provide certificates from authorities equivalent to the Norwegian authorities.

Certificate for tax and VAT / Tax certificate.: Requirement: Tenderers must have their tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order in accordance with the legal provisions.
Documentation requirement: Upload tax certificate. (When using e-proof, a document does not need to be uploaded).
Norwegian companies: Access e Proof or enclose an updated tax certificate. The certificate shall not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified in a separate annex.
Foreign tenderers: Tenderers who are not established in Norway shall submit equivalent documentation issued by the authorities in the country where the tenderer is established. The certificate shall preferably be translated into Norwegian, but Swedish, Danish and English are also accepted.
